- Flour 2 cups
- Salt as required
- Cooking soda ½ tea spoon
- Oil 5 table spoon
- Split black gram ½ cup
- Urad dal ½ cup smoked
- Ghee 3 table spoon
- Ginger finely 1 inch piece
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Asafetida 1 pinch
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Fennel seed powder
- Cashew nuts 5 to 6
- Raisins 1 table spoon
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- Lemon juice ½ table spoon
- Make soft and smooth pliable dough to make Khasta kachori recipe. Take a bowl and in this bowl take flour, vegetable oil and salt the by using finger rub this mixture with water to make dough. Add sufficient water to make this dough smother.
